Agent Orange babies. During the war Americans sprayed a defoliant over nearly 15% of the Land in South Vietnam.This defoliant containing the carcinogen dioxin, dioxin causes congenital defects and can lead to fetal death. Now the third generation of Agent Orange Babies, are still suffering from deformities. The government is putting new efforts to school some of the children with no arms or no legs in public schools. this program of rehabilitation with other Vietnamese children gives them a chance to learn how to write with their feet or to write with hands deformations.Vietnam.Ho Chi Minh City
