28/09/2004 Afghanistan-Kabul, Female police officer Fawzia Ziral 17 years old, Afghanistan's refurbished National Police Academy in Kabul Thursday, Aug. 22, 2002. The new premises, reconstructed by the German government, replace the old academy which took a battering and was eventually destroyed after years of fighting in Kabul.
