25 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall 1989.
Trabant East German cars stand in the parking lot of Trabant Safari takes tourists on tours through the streets of Berlin in Trabants, which were the iconic cars of the former, communist East Germany. East Germans waited years to be able to buy a Trabant, a car known for its sputtering engine, synthetic body and thick fumes. Germany will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, which led to the end of communist rule across Eastern Europe, in November this year. BERLIN-GERMANY 19/08/2009.
